Hotel Xestal - Santa Cruz Huatulco

Our family had a fun time during our stay. The pools were very well maintained and offered a great spot for the kids to play. The close proximity to Parque Ecologico Rufino Tamayo allowed us to enjoy nature on our walks, and the comfortable beds. We could hear quite a bit of noise from the pool area, which made it difficult to unwind at times.

We loved the double room which was immaculately clean with jacuzzi on balcony😀

The air conditioning was controlled by hotel staff without our consent, often leaving us uncomfortable. The volume of the TV was unresponsive, and I seemed like the cleaning crew was too intrusive in counting our towels.

This family-friendly hotel was an amazing base for long weekend. Location: the property was near a major grocery store, Chahue and Santa Cruz bays and a large supermarket. We dined out at L'echalote, set within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff stood out with their prompt attention to issues. Every maintenance concern was addressed quickly. The proximity to local attractions and the comfortable beds were great, while the freshly prepared dishes at mealtime always impressed. Frequent disruptions from noise and inadequate Wi-Fi access were good. The lack of basic amenities like bottled water affected the overall comfort.

Had a blast with my friends! The beach vibes were awesome, and we explored Marina Chahue and Las Parotas Golf Club, super fun. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was just what we needed for a group getaway.

Hotel Xestal Review. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Hotel Xestal. The wheelchair-accessible room was a standout feature, complete with a jacuzzi and a lovely balcony. The hotel is situated in a central area, which felt safe and convenient for our needs. Plus, it was just 1 km from Lakeport Fish & Chips, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat. it was a fantastic experience!

The room was clean, and the pool provided a fun spot for the family. Enjoyed the two swimming pools and the spacious double room.

It was just a suitable option for a fleeting trip in Santa Cruz Huatulco with reasonable price. The wifi worked well most of the time, a plus. If you're sensitive to noise, request a room away from the pool area.
